Infrastructure Fund in Nigeria and Dolphin works Limited , an Indigenous Construction
Management firm with 25 years experience in the local construction market.
The Objective of this Partnership is to first provide an efficient delivery process for the Funds investments in its infrastructure development and at the same time create a
formidable construction management company first of its kind in Nigeria that will
service the construction market sector.

Market solution. Construction management is not yet very common in the market as a procurement contract system . This will bring a market solution to an area that is yet to fully evolve hence the company has an early growth curve in this unique space.
